Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                         
NO. 164(JUD) "An Act prescribing the rights of grandparents related                                 
to child-in-need-of-aid hearings; and amending Rules 3, 7, 10, 15, 17,                              
and 19, Alaska Child in Need of Aid Rules of Procedure." Without                                    
objection, the bill was referred to the Rules Committee.
